and one month down...

end of week four on diet....everything is going well....the unknown right now is how much weight I have lost....I didn't buy a scale when I started...(well planned I know)...so after week three I buy one I know I'm losing inches slowly however I underestimated my original weight..so its been quite difficult to gage how much I have lost...so now I weigh in once a week and I'm going to start measuring for inches...tomorrow I'm going to pick up some workout gear so I can start incorporating exercise. Walking just doesn't cut it, at first I felt a difference in flexiblity and the tingle after walking. Now it's gotten to be an activity I do less and I feel a lesser amount of satisfaction afterwards. I am hearing some friends of mine share their success and feeling left out and jealous so its time I step it up a notch. Wish me luck!
